1. Who we are

This policy covers how Omneesoft LLC ("Omneon", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information gathered through omneon.site and in the course of client engagements.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you submit directly — through the contact form, email, or a signed engagement agreement, including your name, email address, company, and project details.
• Technical information — standard web log data such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use the site.
• Information shared during a project — access credentials, data samples, and documentation you provide us for the purpose of building or maintaining your software, handled under the terms of your specific engagement.

3. How we use it

We use the information above to:

• Respond to inquiries and scope proposed work.
• Deliver, support, and maintain the software we build for you.
• Send project-related communication, such as status updates and invoices.
• Improve our own site and internal processes.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client project data to train any external model.

4. Sharing

We share information only with subprocessors required to deliver a project — for example, hosting and email providers — under agreements that require them to protect it to the same standard. We disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Omneon or others.

5. Data retention

Project-related data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward to support maintenance, invoicing, and legal requirements. Contact form submissions that do not result in an engagement are deleted after 12 months.

6. Security

We apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege credential handling — to protect information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us at support@omneon.site. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "last updated" date at the top of this page.
